INFORMATION COLLECTION

Personal Information is defined as information about you that enables the Firm to identify or contact you, including but not limited to your name, mailing or postal address, telephone number and email address. Examples of ways in which the Firm may collect such information from you include the following:

Information provided by you: The Firm collects information when voluntarily provided by you through use of the Site such as your name, company name, email address, mailing or postal address, and telephone number. The Firm requests that you do not send or disclose any sensitive information (such as Social Security number, credit card or other payment card information, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) through the Site or otherwise to the Firm.

Automatic Information: Automatic information is also provided to the Firm when you visit the Site. This information includes “user Site interactions” that comprise of “traffic data” recorded on server logs from your browser comprising of your IP address, time of the visit, and cookie information. An IP address is identified and logged automatically in the Firm’s server logs whenever a user visits the Site. Collecting IP address is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites. The Firm may use this automatically recorded information to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends, administer the Site, and formulate recommendations and browsing experiences for you.

Cookies & Other Technologies: Like most other websites, the Firm uses cookie technology throughout this Site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your system for record keeping purposes. INFORMATION USE

The Firm does not sell or rent information about the Site viewers. All information provided to the Firm remains absolutely confidential, except:

The Firm reserves the right to release personal information when it believes in good faith that the release is necessary to comply with law, to respond to requests from public or government authorities, to enforce the Firm’s Terms, to protect the operation, rights, property, or safety of the Firm, its users, employees, and others. The Firm may also use this information to pursue available remedies or limit the damage it may sustain.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is a general audience site, and not intended for use by children under the age of 13. While individuals under the age of 13 may utilize the Site, they may do so only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian, and subject to the Firm’s Terms of Use. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personally identifiable information. The Firm is committed to protecting children’s privacy on the Internet and the Firm complies fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Firm reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy, or any other policies or practices, at any time, and will notify users of this Site only by posting such changed or updated Privacy Policy on this Site.
