Ms. Hakimi’s passion
for the arts fused with her years of business experience have
uniquely positioned her to offer her clients, artists and entrepreneurs
alike, the commitment to protect their creative talents and interests.
She has devoted herself to creating a progressive private practice
without the high cost of a large law firm.
Since 2003, Ms. Hakimi has been teaching
various intellectual property courses at Golden Gate University
of Law, specifically the Trademark Moot Court Competition and
Art & the Law. She also presents workshops and lectures on
copyrights, trademarks and licensing for various art and non-profit
organizations. She has served on the board of various non-profit
organizations, including Bay Area Iranian-American Voters Association
and San Francisco World Music Festival.
Ms. Hakimi is an avid traveler, devotee
of Rumi and Hafez, and a passionate collector of world music.
She is a zealous fan of visual and performing arts and maintains
a committed active involvement in the art world, both locally
and internationally.
